A new article has been submitted by Mike Miller, writing in The Apprentice's Dufflebag, about evolving away from the Darwin drill. This is another fine submission advising coaches on the finer points of coaching philosophy and execution.

This article along with many more can be found in the Coaching Links in the left column. There are over 100 articles and a number of pitching and hitting videos that can be used as a coaching and instructional resource.

Also, Manager Rick Ellis of our Midget Tier 1 team has begun his indoor training on Tuesday nights. If you have a conflict on Thurs and are interested in possibly coming out on Tues, check with your Rep Manager first and then contact Rick.

As a Rep player there are many things you can do to prepare for the 2008 season.

Many play another sports which is ideal, some do fitness training on their own, including aerobic and strength and flexibility training. Others make an effort to improve their diets and sleep routines. All of these help

You might also consider spending time on this website and reading the excellent material to improve your understanding of the game and your position.

See you all soon
